These terms describe use of the ART Appliance Repair website and its service-request features. ART Appliance Repair is operated by ART APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC in Austin, Texas.
Requesting service
Website requests are inquiries, not confirmed appointments or repair authorizations. ART confirms service availability, the appointment, diagnostic or service fees, repair estimates and any applicable repair terms directly with you before you authorize the work. A preferred date or time is a request until ART confirms it.
Sending a request
The online form prepares an email with the details you entered. You must send that email from your own email application for ART to receive it. Preparing the draft alone does not deliver a request. You can also contact info@artapplianceaustin.com or (512) 675-1782.
Accurate contact information
Provide contact details you are authorized to use and information relevant to your appliance request. Do not use the form to send spam, unlawful material, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Optional text messages
SMS consent is separate from requesting service and is not a condition of purchase. The service-message program is governed by our SMS Terms, including frequency, possible message and data rates, STOP and HELP instructions. Website information
Equipment, location and appointment availability are confirmed by ART when your request is reviewed. Website information does not guarantee a diagnosis, price, repair outcome or appointment.
